FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When does registration open?
Registration opens September 7, 2026. You MUST be registered to be considered for the league.
When does open house begin?
Open house begins the week of October 5th and runs through the week of October 12.
How are teams put together in each league?
NVC runs its indoor leagues slightly differently from other clubs in the area. Instead of signing up an entire team for the league, our teams are draft-based.
What does it mean to be a Draft-Based league?
Each league has two nights of open house. Players are assessed by the league captains as well as independent raters at the open houses.
After the two nights of play, the captains will draft their teams.
There is a max of 6 teams per league. This means that 36 players will be drafted. If there are more than 36 players signed up for a given league, there will need to be cuts. You will be notified if you have made the league after the second night of open house.
The assessments made by the captains and the raters will be used during the draft. It is important to show up to at least one of the open houses so that you will be seen.
NVC has many leagues of varying skill levels so all may have an opportunity to play and improve their game!
Where should I park?
Where can I report player misconduct or a complaint anonymously to the NVC Board of Directors?

How many weeks do we play?
Each league is 2 sessions. It starts with one or two days of Free Tryout nights (open house) preceding 10-12 regular season game nights followed by one or two nights of playoffs for each session. A total of 14 weeks of play.
How much does league cost?
League costs $225 per player. You will only be billed once you have been drafted to a team.
Where can we go after playing to socialize?
Each night of league will be sponsored by Caleb & Broad. You will get a FREE Ragged Island Tiny Truck IPA beer and 20% off your check (except for Monday league where they have dinner specials for $12, but you still get your free beer)!
What happens if I have to drop second session?
