- Your membership number will show up in the confirmation page and confirmation email. Please bring a printout of the VA confirmation
email to the first tournament you play in. |

In order to reduce the chaos
during morning registration, all prices listed for the tournaments above
include a $10.00/team discount for online payments made by the deadline only.
This discount does not apply to anyone who does
not prepay - those that pre-register before the deadline but do not pay
until the morning of the tournament and for walk-on registrations the
day of the tournament (subject to availability)
As long as this policy is not abused, NVC will issue refunds if notified
by 3:00 PM Friday for all weekend events. A link will appear next to your
entry - clicking on the link will prepare an email message for you to
send to request a refund and notify the Tournament Staff to cancel your
registration. |

Check-in Deadlines |
There is
an 8:30 AM deadline for ALL OPEN players to check in at the registration table. The deadline remains at 8:45 for all other divisions on Saturdays and 9:30 on Sundays. Prepaid
or PreReg will NOT hold you a spot in the event after this time. Pre-reg
will be given up first and if enough waitlisted teams are present the
pre-paid teams WILL be charged if they are a no-show by the deadline AND their
spot given up.
PreRegistered but not prepaid only expedites the information for our database
and holds you a spot until the deadline. If not fully paid and checked
in before the deadline, you lose your spot.
PrePaid allows you to check in with no paperwork (except VA if you
haven't played NVC before) and guarantees you a spot in the event UNTIL
the deadline passes. You MUST make your presence known at the signup table
before the deadline.
Walkon = if any spots remain in a level prior to the deadline, after PreReg
and PrePaid teams are considered, you do your paperwork (AVP included),
pay on site (cash only - No checks or credit cards) and you have a spot.
Wait List = If the level is full, you go on a list in order of your arrival
at the sign up table. When the deadline comes, we will call you up in
order to replace PR teams that have not checked in, and next, PP teams
who have not checked in
These changes will allow the Open divisions to be seeded and ready to begin play at 9:00 AM sharp. |
| Walk On registration for NVC Events: |
Saturdays:
8:00 AM to 8:30 AM for Open Divisions
8:00 AM to 8:45 AM for all non-Open divisions
Play begins at 9:00 AM.
Sundays:
9:00 AM to 9:30 AM for all divisions, Play begins at 9:30 AM.
A $10.00/team discount will apply for those that pre-register and pay
before the deadline. Prices shown above are the discounted prices for payment before the deadline.

| Cancellation Policy: |
The Tourney director will
make the call on conditions in the morning.
Call 401-267-8225 after 7:30 AM for info.
Remember, it can be raining inland and not raining at the beach and vice
versa. Light rain will not cancel the event.
If an event is cancelled, we can change your registration to another NVC
event
or contact us if you can’t play another one during summer.
Once a tourney starts, there will be no credits or refunds, even if the
weather gets unplayable.
Also, if an event runs, you will not be given a credit if you don't show
up. |
