League size is limited, register early!

Registration begins Sunday, April 17th and ends Sunday, May 8th

Mandatory Newbie & League Director Meeting at TICKETS 6:30 p.m. Monday, May 16th


LEAGUE DATES: Monday June 6th through August 18th (Includes Playoffs and Rain Dates)
TIMES: Game times will be: 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. PROMPTLY!
Half and full night byes are in the schedule.
FEES: Mondays WOMENS DOUBLES AA, A, BB, B $90/team
2 players/team (maximum)

MENS DOUBLES A, BB, B
Thursdays WOMENS DOUBLES Open
MENS DOUBLES Open
FOURS A, BB, B $175/team
5 players/team (maximum)
Insurance Volley America $15 PER PERSON online ($20 offline)
NOTE: The NVC BOD reserves the right to balance/consolidate divisions where an insufficient number of registered teams may prevent a division from being offered.   Every attempt will be made to contact the team captains when looking for volunteers to move to another division.
   
NOTE:
  1. The LD will make every attempt to contact the captains to adjust the number of teams per division for equal level play.
  2. In men’s and women’s doubles, teams must be two men and two women, respectively.
  3. In fours, there are no restrictions on gender. All fours’ matches are on a men's height net.
   
League fee includes: End of Season Banquet with PRIZES for division Winners and Runners-Up!
   
No-show DEPOSIT: Each team must also submit a $80 No-show Deposit check personal check before the end of registration. The check will be destroyed at the end of the season provided the team does not no-show as explained in the rules.

PROCEDURE:

  1. Go to: http://www.newportvolleyballclub.com/ and
  2. Select "Join NVC --> Beach" from the menu and follow instructions.

  3. Finally, mail a personal check for the $80 No-show Check to:

    Money Orders are NOT acceptable - DO NOT SEND MONEY ORDERS!!!


    If you do not use paypal for Beach League Fees, you must enclose 2 checks: one check for the League (and offline Volley America Fees if applicable) and a second personal check for the $80 No-show Deposit. Make all checks out to “Newport Volleyball Club” and include League Night, Division and Team Captain and captain's phone number with your check. Preference will be given to the teams whose payments have been received first.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
A team is NOT officially registered until their payment is received and ALL team members have joined Volley America!!!!
Payments for League Fees Only (Not No-show Fees) should be made using PayPal - You MUST still mail in your No-show fee check if you pay using PayPal!!!
